E-learning series: Risks and opportunities in an integrated management system
Today, risks and opportunities are a central element of modern management systems - especially in the context of ISO 9001 and integrated management systems (IMS). This e-learning series provides a sound basis for risk-based thinking and shows in a practical way how risks and opportunities can be systematically identified, evaluated and integrated into management systems.

In successive episodes, you will receive a clearly structured overview: from the functioning of an integrated management system to the standard-compliant treatment of risks and opportunities to the concrete classification of risk-based thinking in the context of ISO 9001. IMS expert Dr. Frank Herdmann discusses this with international guests from the ISO committee ISO/TC 262. The focus is not on pure interpretation of the standard, but on understanding the underlying management logic and its practical implementation.

The e-learning series is aimed at quality management and IMS managers, auditors, consultants as well as specialists and managers with previous knowledge of quality management. You benefit from a comprehensible, practice-oriented preparation, gain confidence for audits and management assessments and strengthen your competence in an increasingly relevant subject area - flexible, efficient and internationally compatible.

Early bird advantage:
If you book the e-learning before the last episode is published on October 31, 2026, we will extend your access period until April 30, 2027, so you can use each episode immediately after publication and have access to all episodes for a further 6 months from October.

Dr. Frank Herdmann is an expert in management systems. He advises small and medium-sized companies in the private and public sectors, is chairman of several DIN standards committees and author of various publications, including on compliance and risk management.

Important note on the language version!
All e-learnings in this course are available bilingually in German and English. As Mr. Herdmann is mainly in conversation with international guests, the videos included are only available in the original English language. They are not synchronized or subtitled.
